Island Wedding Memories Policies

To reserve the date of your wedding on our calendar, we ask that a deposit of $500 be put down

Receipt of  deposit is an agreement to our Policies and terms

Your Initial $500.00 Deposit With Island Wedding Memories is non-refundable. Also, any deposits for any other vendors, including location deposits, that we work with that are collected at this time are non-refundable.

Minimum charge for a wedding is $600.00, the cost of our least expensive wedding package

Payments Due for your wedding are as follows:

First half (not including deposit) of your wedding balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Second half or your final balance (not including deposit) of your wedding is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.

Refund policy is as follows:

Again, Deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your wedding 15-30 days prior to your wedding date, half of your wedding total will be refunded (except deposit)

If you cancel your wedding 14 days or less from your wedding date, no refunds will be made

Items may always be added to your wedding, even after receiving any payments.

Floral Items must be finalized 30 days before your wedding date.

Floral Policy:

Some Flowers may be seasonal or unavailable for a variety of reasons on the day of your wedding. Although this is an infrequent occurrence we will substitute these with a similar flower or color to the best of our ability.

For weddings and consultations in WEST MAUI that are under $1,000.00, there is a $50.00 drive fee for each trip made, in addition to the possible drive fees of any of our vendors.

All packages are all inclusive with the exception of Hawaii State Tax of 4.166%.

Items may be taken out of the “Simple Elegance” and “Maui Romance” Packages to customize your needs.
