Gannon’s Restaurant Wailea

Gannon’s Restaurant is located in Wailea, at the Wailea Golf course Gold & Emerald clubhouse.

Gannon’s is an amazing location with six different wedding and reception spots. This is our favorite restaurant location on the south side that handles weddings. Sitting on the side of the mountain a couple hundred yards from the ocean, this restaurant offers spectacular views of the ocean, and the islands of Kaho’olawe and Molokini. This location also has several beautiful grassy areas you could have your ceremony on. Then you proceed to one of their many reception areas that can accommodate whatever sized wedding you have. This location can handle just the two of you or a large group of several hundred. You can even buyout the entire restaurant and have it all to yourself if you like.

CEREMONY SITE FEES

WEDDING KNOLL

Ceremony Site Location Reduced Rate: $350+ (includes 30 chairs) If you are hosting your  reception at Gannon’s. AM ceremonies may begin at 10am, PM ceremonies may begin no earlier than 4:30pm.
Ceremony Site Location Only: $400+ (includes 30 chairs) If no reception is booked
Additional Ceremony Chairs are available as needed for: $3.50 each ++

MOLOKINI LOOKOUT

Ceremony location reduced  rate (if reception is held at Gannon’s): $750+ (includes 40 chairs) AM ceremonies may begin at 10am, PM ceremonies may begin at 4:00pm.

Ceremony location only: $850+ (includes 40 chairs)
Additional ceremony chairs upon request: $3.50 each++

Shuttle service is required to the remote ceremony location.  There is an added cost for the shuttle rental and is based on your guest count and needs. Average cost is apx $300 -$600.

RESTAURANT BUY OUT

Maximum Capacity: 240 guests; seated indoor and outdoor

Hours: 5:30pm – 10:00pm (extended hours are available at $500 per hour)

Buy-Out of Restaurant: $10,000* (Sunday – Thursday)
Buy-Out of Restaurant: $11,000* (Friday and Saturday)
Set-Up of Restaurant: $600
Indoor Dance Floor (12’x12′): $600 up to 80 guests.  Fee will go up for larger guest count

Extended Hours (early start or late night until 12:00am): $500/hour
   – Hawaii law requires all minors to be off the premises at 10:00pm if there is any dancing.
Dance Floor: $600

* Above amount must be met in food & beverage sales.  This does not include wedding cake, set up, dance floor, tax & coordination fee. If above amount is not met, difference will be added to your final billing.

All costs include tables, chairs, service ware, white linens, personalized menus and staff.

LOWER LAWN

Maximum Capacity: 60 guest seats with a dance floor. 80 guests with NO dancing.

Our only outdoor area available for a Sound Tech or DJ and dancing.                          Dance floor rental fee $150 ++, required for any dancing

Hours:  5:30pm – 10:00pm April to August     5:00pm September to March

Cocktails/Dinner Location Fee: $475 up to 50 guests
Cocktails/Dinner Location Fee: $495 over 50  guests

Live music, Sound Tech or DJs and a dance floor with dance music permitted from 8:30pm – 10pm. Light cocktail and dinner music from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, than your high energy dance music may begin.

UPPER POND

Maximum Capacity:  40 guests, dinner time frame only
Hours:  5:30pm – 10:00pm April to August      5:00pm September to March

Cocktails/Dinner Location Fee:  $275

LOWER POND

Maximum Capacity:  30 guests

Breakfast or Lunch Location Fee:  $50
Cocktails/Dinner Location Fee:  $150
